Snout in the Trough required a work space that was central to their day to day business, but allowed them privacy to maintain their website and complete general business operations. They also needed the creation of new  displays, signage and visual aids.

We were able to achieve the client’s goals by adding a ledge to the main counter to give them the privacy that was needed. This was painted in the same colour as the underside of the main counter.

All of the new produce was arranged into focal areas for customers to see and enjoy. We incorporated these products with the front counter for the customers to have easy access, as well as being able to ask the staff questions.

The client was happy with the results and the way the displays worked to engage the customs in food ideas such as gifts, hampers and personal treats. A lot of the products that are sold in store are also used in the making of the food that is served from the kitchen, so the new display approach gives customers a real take home experience.
